With over 25 years in the agricultural industry, Jo has built her career on mastering facilitation, coaching, and communication skills. Her background spans consultancy, knowledge transfer roles, and working closely with rural communities to foster growth and understanding.

In 2017, Jo trained under Sian Bushell to specialize in succession planning for farming families. Since then, she has traveled across the UK, supporting families and businesses in navigating the complexities of succession. Jo excels at helping families find common ground, resolve differences, and create practical, agreed-upon paths forward—ensuring the future of their farms and businesses remains secure and prosperous.

Jo is also a qualified life coach with a diploma in Life Coaching and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). Recently, she further enhanced her skills by becoming an NLP Practitioner, bringing powerful tools to her work in unlocking potential, fostering communication, and empowering her clients.

Living with her own farming family on a tenanted arable farm in the northeast of England, Jo understands the realities and challenges of rural life firsthand. Her freelance work as a rural life coach, facilitator, and mentor reflects her deep commitment to helping others in the agricultural industry.
