Matt Swain
Matt Swain is an Agri-Business consultant specialising in strategic change. He has a practical farming background, qualified in finance and has gained significant coaching and mentoring experience.
I was fortunate in my late thirties to undertake a Nuffield Farming Scholarship; the study subject being ‘managing change’. Although I had a long background in farming and had chartered in accountancy, I was struggling to affect change either at home or with my clients. The Nuffield was a catalyst that helped me move forward and I now work annually with clients across all sectors, UK wide. While I hold numerous coaching certificates, I realise there is no substitute for experience and have worked with over 100 farming families, many through to resolution.
In my spare time I work as a community mentor and enjoy solo mountaineering.
